Booking Information

To help your appointment run as smoothly as possible, please take a moment to read the information below.

Deposits

A £15 deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is payable at your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Travel

Travel within the included service area is covered.

For appointments beyond this distance, an additional mileage charge may apply.

Appointments

A quiet, relaxed environment is required for the session to help your animal feel comfortable

and gain the greatest benefit.

Session lengths may vary slightly depending on how your animal responds on the day

Training & Tuition - Equine

Private and group training sessions are available by appointment.

Group training is held at a host venue and requires suitable facilities and horses for practical learning.

Privacy Policy

At Love Steeds & Love Dogs, we are committed to protecting your privacy and caring for your personal information with the same respect we give every horse and dog we work with.

Any personal information you provide, including your name, contact details, and information relating to your horse or dog will be used solely to support the services we provide. Your records are stored securely for 7 years in accordance with professional record-keeping requirements.

You have the right to request access to your personal information

and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted where appropriate.

If we have concerns about your animal's health or wellbeing, information will only be shared with your veterinary surgeon after discussing this with you. We will never share information with other equine or canine professionals without your permission. Where appropriate, and with your consent, we may work alongside other professionals to provide the most effective, integrated support for your horse or dog.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we'll always do our best to be flexible. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
