Holistic Horse Care from Gloucestershire
If you are looking for a gentle somatic approach to support your horses’s physical and emotional health and wellbeing, and ongoing compassionate support and guidance, so you can feel at ease, then we can help.

Every horse is different, and every horse has a story to tell through their posture, movement and behaviour.
Our approach combines science-informed knowledge with compassionate, animal-centred care that works with your horse to improve comfort, movement and wellbeing, and identify what may be contributing to changes in your horse's comfort, movement or behaviour,
Our aim is to enable your horse to feel more relaxed and move more freely, and to give clear, practical guidance so you feel more confident in understanding your horse and supporting their wellbeing in everyday life.

The Founder of LS Equine Therapy & Education
My work has grown from a deep love of horses and a desire to help owners understand them as whole sentient beings - not simply athletes or bodies that need treatment to fix them.
Horses communicate constantly through their movement, posture, behaviour and small signals that we can sometimes overlook. When we learn to notice these things, we can begin to understand our horses in a different way.
Using equine therapy, including equine massage and other soft tissue therapies, and Equine Hanna Somatics, I provide a compassionate and personalised approach that looks beyond the surface. By considering the horse as a whole, it supports lasting change and helps horses and owners move forward with greater understanding, confidence, and connection.
Every horse and owner deserves to feel heard and cared for with compassion and patience.

Whether you're looking to support your horse's wellbeing and movement, learn more about their body or develop your own skills as an owner, we offer a range of services designed around the individual horse and their needs.
These treatments are a great boost to the body and may include various therapeutic applications including mobilisations, myofascial release techniques, acupressure, and kiniseology taping. The goal is to relax or revitalise and support healthy functioning muscles and movement.
A gentle movement-based approach that works with the horses brain to reawaken its control of muscles and release ingrained patterns of tension that affect posture, movement and wellbeing.
